  Reorder conda examples, lead with existing environment (#614)

* Reorder conda examples, lead with existing environment

Assuming that most users will be adding GRASS to an existing environment, start with that example, use install (not create) example for mamba, and add update from an environment file. Also, mention active env in the Python example.

* Reword the use in Python sentence
