  CI: Disable actionlint and zizmor in super-linter (#6873)

* CI: Disable actionlint and zizmor in super-linter

In the release branch, super-linter might not be as updated s it could.
Instead, use actionlint and zizmor from the pre-commit workflow, that
can be updated independently.

* CQ: Fix ShellCheck SC2002 by giving the file as an argument to grep
