  CI: add wxPython and enable GUI and docs in CMake runner (#6980)

Add wxPython package and enable GUI and docs in CMake runner.

Updates sample_module "r.plus.example" for g.extension with CMake support.

Exclude tests for CMake:

- gui/wxpython/core/testsuite/test_gcmd.py
- parts of scripts/g.extension/testsuite/test_addons_download.py
