  i.eodag: Implement Creodias MFA with auto-generated OTP and smart time sync (#1685)

This PR introduces fully automated Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) support for the Creodias provider in the `i.eodag` addon. 

Previously, downloading from Creodias required manual OTP input. This update utilizes the `pyotp` library to automatically generate the required TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) directly from the user's EODAG configuration, drastically improving the user experience for automated workflows.
