  wxGUI/psmap: Remove dangling del busy in Preview() (#7946)

Remove dangling del busy statement inside the except OSError block in
PsMapFrame.Preview(), which was causing an UnboundLocalError when
preview generation fails and prevented displaying the HyperlinkDialog.

Fixes #7945
