  cmake: Fix broken CMakeLists.txt in several addons (#1865)

The CMakeLists.txt of these addons referenced files that don't exist,
so g.extension failed on CMake builds of GRASS:

- i.cutlines, i.cva: files were swapped between the two addons
- r.resamp.tps: project name was r.regression.series
- v.class.mlpy: file was a copy of the v.class.ml one
- v.histogram: wrong image name
- r.in.ahn.laz, r.vif: listed images that are not in the repo
