4105 driver

Last week a message came in about the 4105 p.map driver.  I tried to compile
that driver several months ago, but got a gmake error message about missing
routines.  While speaking to the staff at the grass support center about
another matter, I asked about the 4105 driver.  I was told that it was not
supported  since it was based on very slow serial communication, and was
lot practical to use for detailed graphics images.
