 Information about contributing code to the GRASS 4.1 release can be found
 via anonymous "ftp moon.cecer.army.mil" in grass4.1/ReleaseInfo.  
 
 This directory holds files containing 
 	* information about procedures, 
 	* a schedule (deadline September 4), and
 	* a copy of the release form (ReleaseForm) which must be completed, 
 signed, and mailed or faxed as per the instructions in release.sch.
