Problem with program dig_P_area_att() in the DIG library

Please Post the Gmakefile. The problem is whith the libraries
you are loading/not loading. Some programs require the vector library
to be loaded twice. The loader may not be smart enough to resolve all
references with a single specification of these vector libraries.
