grass4.0.updates

I FTPed r.cost under grass4.0.updates directory and compiled it
(using cost.new as the updated r.cost program name in order to compare
with the r.cost in the standard 4.0 release), but failed to get any
updates such as 'stopping points', etc mentioned in the attached 
README. I also compared the source codes of the two version and found
them identical. Did I go to the right directory?
