Calcomp Driver for 5902A

I am trying to determine if the calcomp 5902A driver was included in 
the GRASS 4.0 release or if anyone has such a driver.  It was included
in the GRASS 3.1 release as a contrib program.  Was it incorporated
into the regular GRASS code.  If this sounds redundant I also posed
this question to the users forum.  Thanks.
