DecStation 3100 ports "Made Easy" too?

A question from a soon-to-be-Grass user; are there any CD-ROM ports of a
GRASS 4.0 to the DECStation 3100 series available?  We are having a bit
of trouble installing it, and maybe that would be our solution.  Thanks!
