v.to.sites

[McCauley Technical Services]

v.to.sites does not seem to write category labels
as sites descriptions (unless I'm overlooking something).

I get:
	24.1813602|57.93450882|#12

but I want:
	24.1813602|57.93450882|#12 30.5

where "12:30.5" is in my dig_cat file. 

The modification to the code should be trivial, but I thought
that I would check first to see if it has been done.
