X-Terminal emulator for GRASS

I too would like to here others experience with
xterm emulators, including the 3 Janusz W. Michalak
mentions,

The following one definitely works and is very cheap ($8/copy)
and as regards Solaris 2.2 on Sun it is quite fast.
