CERL will experience a power outage from midnight tonight (21 October 1994) until around 8:00 am CDT tomorrow morning (22 October 1994). moon.cecer.army.mil will be shutdown around 11:00 pm tonight. This will affect the GRASSHopper mailing lists as well as access to our ftp site.
