[GRASS5] Severe internal bugs in raster format

I have a piece of fortran code that will flip the files (old geophysics
code).  I can try and re-write it in C and we can maybe either make
another module -or- we can maybe add it in to existing code???
Should take a couple of days to re-write.  I'm working on it today
and tomorrow.
