[GRASS5] How to add new programs in CVS ?

To commit modules, I can provide a script
"cvs.r.add"

cvs-recurse-add.

It adds a directory with optional subdirectories into the
CVS and does all the add/ci jobs for you. Shall I post it
here or send on request?
