[GRASS5] bugreports updated

Hi all,

the bug report pages appears on the first server page
now (look at the right column). Hope we get more people
using this unless the bugzilla (or whatever) is up-and-running.

I have added questions about
 - Xserver
 - Windows manager
 - tcl/tk version 
onto the page and removed the confidential remark (that's impossible).

Further comments are welcome.
