[GRASS5] O.k., beta 10....

Hi all,

due to the overseen update of grass5install.sh we have
to publish beta10. I dislike such number inflation but
the new tarball gets the startscript "grass5" *within*
the package. It is required for the fixed grass5install.sh
(thanks, Justin!). Before publishing, I need testers!
