[GRASS5] home stretch for 5.0stable reached

Hi developers,

the home stretch for GRASS 5.0 stable is reached (maybe a German term :-)
Means: happy hacking again.... Now there is time to get the configure fully
working and fix the remaining RC bugs.

Hope we didn't miss a major bug in beta9!


Will go for a beer now,
