GRASS 5 Programmer's Manual (PDF, 2 MB, new version 7/2000)

GRASS developers have write access to modify the document. Please
consider contacting me in this case for coordination.

I have added "gsurf library" from Bill Brown (thanks Bill!) as
the OpenGL environment used in NVIZ etc. Additionally some
Latex upgrade, but this is far from being complete (a boring job).

Perhaps useful for anyone.
