[GRASS5] s.to.rast, v.bubble updated, new G_readsites

Dear developers,

I have updated
 - s.to.rast: added attribute field selection parameter
 - v.bubble:  added attribute field selection parameter

and started to write a new G_readsites library function:
src/libes/gis/readsites.c

It is based on Job Spijker's v.bubble/support.c.
The v.bubble already makes use of G_readsites.

The idea of G_readsites is to replace the local
read_sites routines within sites modules by this
new library function. Please make use of it and,
if required, improve it! A todo section is already
included in src/libes/gis/readsites.c

You can specify the field to use for operation now
in s.to.rast and v.bubble. Next to update is s.to.vect.
