[GRASS5] Poll to remove src.related stuff

As the software stored in src.related is obviously not required
any more, I have cvs.removed the entire src.relates/ from the repository.

But, if desired, you can still access it using an old tag:
 cvs -z3 co -r "release_grass5beta7_20_april_2000" grass/src.related
