[GRASS5] [bullinger@geographie.uni-kiel.de: v.surf.rst -> elevation]

Dear developers,

find attached the v.surf.rst bug.
I also found it recently. In older GRASS 5 releases it
was o.k., so I feel there have been introduced some wrong
return's or whatever.

Unfortunately the bug was introduced in the pre-CVS time.
The resulting file from v.surf.rst is somehow wrong
and does not allow to use r.support on it.

Any idea is welcome!
