[GRASS5] Poll to remove XGRASS from source

Dear developers,

the XGRASS is "cvs removed" from the repository. 
This saves more than 6MB (source code).

But, if desired, you can still access it using an old tag:
 cvs -z3 co -r "release_grass5beta7_20_april_2000" grass/src/xgrass

No changes have been applied to XGRASS since 20_april_2000.
