[GRASS5] [GRASSLIST:1199] d.save new options

[GRASS]

Hi GRASS list,

I added remove= and move= options into d.save.
These options allow user to remove a specific maps on a current window or to
reorder map drawings while d.erase erases ALL maps on the window.
