[GRASS5] right mouse button/ GRASS Monitor

Hi all,

a common problem for new users (and sometimes even experienced)
is that all GRASS monitor queries have to be finished with
right mouse button. This is something regularly ignored by
(new) users. Then they will wonder why the monitor is locked
and does not respond furtherly.

This is a conceptual question - I have no good idea to
overcome the problem. But my suggestion is to add a
"timeout error" to the right mouse button which would
finish such queries (a.k.a. exiting the module like d.what.rast etc).
Then at least, say some seconds, the monitor would be back
functioning instead of being blocked.

This problem I face regularly within my seminars as the monitor
management is rather different to other GIS software.
