[GRASS5] legends

Markus,

NVIZ is actually in many ways now better than
SG3d as you can handle multiple surfaces, sites
and vector files, complete save state (so you can
start your work where you quit it day before),
scripting etc. However there are few things
missing, as is legend, scale, label/annotation
and numerous options for sites display. 
SG4d had r3.showdspf linked in, but it was far from
a finished product.
And you don't need SGI to run the vsiualization anymore,
the graphics on PC is as good if not better now.

Radim, that would help a lot as a short term solution,
 just check the options for SG3d to see what would be useful.
Maybe Bill can provide some insight about the issues
with legends and Tcl/tk
