[GRASS5] Is $(MATHLIB) now always required for linking to libgis ?

Hi Eric,

most modules have a  $(MATHLIB) in Gmakefile. Some weeks ago we
have checked all Gmakefiles, so adding missing  $(MATHLIB) should
not be much work.
