[GRASS5] Cygwin build for 110401

I have modified:
src.contrib/GMSL/NVIZ2.2/src/Gmakefile.in
and changed hard-coded libs to src/CMD/head equivalent variable names.
This should do on every platform. Please let me know if it helps
(along with the updated src/CMD/head.in)
