[GRASS5] d.leg.thin is now d.legend

Someone needs to either:

a) update src/tcltkgrass/module/d.legend to match the new syntax, or
b) change d.legend to use the old syntax.

a) is less work; b) is backwards compatible with users' experience,
and any scripts which they may have.
