[GRASS5] GRASS 5 and sockets: default?

Hi Justin, hi Eric,

the tcltkgrass problem with sockets may occur only when having
left tcltkgrass last time with GRASS monitor open and saving the config.
So it will open a monitor next time you start tcltkgrass.

Probably some communication problem occurs?
