[GRASS5] Update to configure.in

Hi all

I just updated configure.in so that it works now on SGI's without any
options (actually I don't have postgres installed so I deactivate it).
Here is a summary of the changes

  1 Added /usr/freeware/include to includes 
    Added /usr/lib32 and /usr/freeware/lib32 to libs
    These are the same as calling configure as follows
        ./configure --with-includes=/usr/freeware/include 
            --with-libs='/usr/lib32 /usr/freeware/lib32'
    Also these are only added if $host_vendor = sgi
    
  2 Tcl/Tk now searches for .so files
  
  3 Added break to some 'for' loops when first occurrance is found
  
  4 Some cosmetics

Please let me know if I broke anything.
