grass downloaded at: CVS Server, Germany
grass binary for platform: I compiled the sources myself
grass sources source: yes, I am using the latest GRASS from CVS
c compiler name: gcc

r.cost fails with a segmentation fault. 

In .../r.cost/cmd/memory.c at line 61, 
the assignment 'p2->higher = p1' occurs after p2 has been incremented 
by one past the end of the recently allocated memory.
