You didn't respond to his question. This was his preamble to his
question (keep reading). If you can't answer the question then say so.
Several others have already questioned your interpretation of the
legality. I think he and several others have also questioned your
understanding of the different licenses and the reasons people have
chosen to go with the GPL.
If you don't want to license your software under the GPL that's your
choice. I still haven't seen any real reasoning in your replies to
strainght forward questions. Dismissing information as "political
rhetoric" and adding pointless filler statements as above are a waste
of bandwidth.
If you have anything to say, then say it!
Otherwise listen.
