[GRASS5] Locale Not Supported Warning

Hello,

I just wanted to report the following warning, even though everything 
seems to work fine.

When I fire up a new monitor via the tcltk GUI, I get the following 
warning:

   Error: Warning: locale not supported by C library, locale unchanged.


What does it mean?  Is it safe to ignore?
