[GRASS5] s.delaunay, s.voronoi, s.sweep fixed

Hi all,

Andrea Aime has been fixing the s.delaunay, s.voronoi, s.sweep tools
(s.sweep is used internally and lives in $GISBASE/etc). I have updated
the CVS accordingly for him and updated the html pages as well.
