I have tested, there is no difference. It was never working in GRASS 5
so I assume it's another bug.

The right image dot (second ground control point) should be displayed
before
 Look ok? (Left: y / Right: n)

appears. But it is displayed only *after* right mouse button to accept.
In i.point that is o.k., but there is not the convenient mouse answer method
as implemented in i.ortho.photo at this point. Maybe i.point and the
i.ortho.photo subroutine could be compared (I tried, but didn't find the
bug).
