[GRASS5] [bug #260] (grass) v.trim: removes islands from vector map

Subject: v.trim: removes islands from vector map

If a polygon has island, v.trim removes such islands from the
 vector file... urgh! I've obtained such a behaviour with a map obtained 
 with r.poly, v.support, I don't know if there is a relation (my map was a
 reclassified DEM).

 -> needs a total rewrite!!
