[GRASS5] shift sites - vector

Hi,

maybe I am wrong but I have the impression, that
sites are shifted against vectors.

Try:
 - generate a single site in site_lists/test (maybe with d.where)
 - generate a circle
   v.circle test out=circle radius=30

 - d.sites test
 - d.vect circle

Is the site really in the center?
