[GRASS5] bugfixes r.los/r.buffer: NULL

I have applied bugfixes to r.los and r.buffer to make
them write NULL instead of ZERO.

Hope that's fine with everybody,

PS: Do we need to keep r.describe? Or is r.stats sufficient?
