[GRASS5] pre2 nviz & darwin

Odd. Is libdl.dylib present on your system, in /usr/lib,
/usr/local/lib or elsewhere?

FWIW, try removing $(DLLIB) from src.contrib/GMSL/NVIZ2.2/src/Gmakefile;
if Tcl needs libdl, configure will add -ldl to TCLTKLIBS.
