[GRASS5] v.out.shape

Hi,

I have commited again (and for the last time) db support to v.out.shape
+ point type.

BTW: ArcExplorer runs on Linux - at least partialy (was new for me).
Good for check, if you get what you want. I was surprised that it even reloads
shapes, if the file was changed. But after few tests I am realy tired by 
endles clicking - it is hard work to use user friendly applications.
