Since the following commit, m.in.e00 no longer compiles:

  revision 1.8
  date: 2002/04/24 17:27:18;  author: michel;  state: Exp;  lines: +37 -19
  Raster null values added, some little other changes, preparation for
  more changes not fully implemented yet (vector attributes in one file,
  better creation of site files, raster attribute handling)

Is this going to be fixed in time for pre4? Or should I just undo the
changes in the release branch?

BTW, is there a list which associates CVS usernames with email
addresses?
