[GRASS5] Rsync CVS Access

On the request of two people I've enabled rsync read support
for the GRASS CVS server. This can be used to download or mirror the 
complete CVS repository. It might be usefull if you make several
read checkouts on different branches or like to do analysis on the logs.

   rsync intevation.de::

        This server is primarily for developers and mirrors.
        Please be gentle and choose a mirror site from mirrors.txt for
        downloads.

Note the size of the modules.
Please use this feature wisely.
