[GRASS5] Objections to release 5.0.0stable?

What is the tag to merge in a change to the release branch?  I think the
fix for src/libes/edit/edit_cellhd.c should be merged in before release
as a number of people have reported compilation failures due to the
incorrect return type.

Even though things aren't perfect, I think it's important to get this
release out.  Development has been somewhat stalled lately (myself
included) and I think a release would help push it forward (just think
of all the new bug reports we'll get ;-)
