[GRASS5] PNG driver in binary release

I'll add something to my script to separately build the PNG driver/GD-2
as a tar.gz package. But I still need an ugly hack of the Gmakefile
to make it pick up the GD-2 (I have two GD libs on my machine).
I would prefer to tell configure about it...
