o.k., I have added the missing files. Now we have:

 togl.c -|--> tkInt8.1.1.h  -->tkIntDecls8.1.1.h
         |--> tkInt8.2.3.h  -->tkIntDecls8.2.3.h
         |--> tkInt8.3.h   --->tkIntDecls8.3.h

Hope that's fine now.
