More to the proposed scheme:

I thought about standard way to make i18n,
having 'gettextize', but it does not seem to make sense.

We have a lot of modules, and we don't want to grow the distribution
which the 'canonical' i18n may cause. This is why the proposed scheme is 'principal' (but it works!).
