[GRASS5] i.ortho.photo updated to FP

Hi,

today I have updated the i.ortho.photo:

 - updated write routines to GRASS 5 functions (adapted from 
   i.rectify2)

 -  changed reading of elevation from CELL type to any 
    raster type to also support FP elevations - this should
    deliver more precise results
